The Zia Day Spa team has over a lifetime of combined experience. You, our guests are the focus of our business.  We know we have succeeded when you leave the spa inspired by our creativity, relaxed into blissful serenity, or both.

We offer 100% guaranteed satisfaction on all services and products. We listen to what you have to say about your hair and body and turn that information into results.

If your stylist or nail technician is unavailable, we encourage you to try another. We all work together to satisfy your needs

Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full-service, and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be offered a reduced service or offered the opportunity to reschedule.

Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all of our guests, we request that you silence all cell phones while in the spa and refrain from using them.

To further keep the peaceful nature of the spa, we also request that you make other arrangements for babies and children before your appointment. The spa is not safe for children and may be a disturbance to other guests.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or change of date we request 24 hours notice. For any appointments totaling more than 2 hours, we require a credit card and request a 48 hour notice of cancelation. We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments with less than 48 hour notice.

Gift Certificates Available
Gift certificates are available for all services and products. We accept most major credit cards. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and do not include gratuity.
